A 5x5 of things I do in a day

I thought a good idea for a blog might be just to give you a 25 second glimpse into some things that I might be doing on any given day of the week. So I decided to make what we call in the biz, a 5x5 vignette. Which is 5, 5-second clips of various scenes, with no added music. Sound interesting? Maybe?

Zombieland

A Quick Commercial

We were recently up at one of the most cherished barbecue joints in Evanston, as well as one of our most favorite clients, Hecky's Barbecue to discuss some details on an upcoming animated 30 second spot for TV and Web. I decided that it would be a neat idea to do a quick commercial just for the 4th of July weekend that we can put on the Hecky's website, as well as a few other social channels that Hecky has a presence on.

After just under 2 hours of work (yes that's shooting, editing and encoding for web), here is what we came up with:

Slow day on the Lakefront

3to1 recently purchased a Panasonic DMC-GH1 and this weekend I got my first hands on experience with it. To say the least I'm quite pleased with the purchase.
