Slow day on the Lakefront
3to1 recently purchased a Panasonic DMC-GH1 and this weekend I got my first hands on experience with it. To say the least I'm quite pleased with the purchase.
It's got quality that rivals the HVX, portability that matches that of small DSLR's and a workflow that's as easy as P2 cards (well, thats debatable as there is an extra step of pulldown when shooting 1080/24p).
This past weekend I went out for a rollerblade on the lakefront. When I got there I saw that the paths were absolutely packed. So I took off my skates and did some prospecting with the GH1.
